Het Museum is ook de hoofdingang naar de grot met kassa, lockers, bezoekersservice en cafeteria. 

10 minuten A7 afrit Seesen, B 243 in de richting van Osterode, B 242 in de richting van Clausthal-Zellerfeld. Hoofdparkeerplaats bij het museum. 

Zie voor uitwijkparkeerplaats voor personenauto’s de bordjes „Sportpark“. Van daaruit ca. 700 m te voet. De alternatieve parkeerplaats is aangegeven. Uitwijkparkeerplaatsen voor bussen aan de B 242 en in Bad Grund.

By train to Bad Grund-Gittelde, then bus 460 (Osterode to Clausthal-Zellerfeld) to "Bad Grund HöhlenErlebnisZentrum". Train schedule look www.bahn.de.

From Goslar / Hahnenklee via Clausthal-Zellerfeld:
From ZOB Goslar Bus 830 to ZOB Clausthal-Zellerfeld, then Bus 460 direction Osterode to "Bad Grund Höhlenerlebniszentrum”. 

From Lautenthal / Wildemann: 
Bus 831 direction Clausthal-Zellerfeld, then Bus 460 from bus stop "Wildemann Bundesstraße / Abweigung Bad Grund" to Bad Grund Höhlenerlebniszentrum".
